New Standard For IKAMETAL and OMORIG

Standard series for IKAMETAL and OMORIG is released. We focus on the “Ability of expression” about hits of squid. The thin & sharp blank emphasizes the vibration from the attack. There are also some models for OMORIG in lineup.

The blanks have variation, that is, Tubular blanks & Solid tip for IKAMETAL models and Full Solid blanks for OMORIG.
The tip section is colored in neon green & white for high visibility. You can feel the touch of squids not only by vibration, but also by visual sensation.
tailwalk’s original reel seat, “Z-SHAPE REEL SEAT”, is equipped and it enables tight gripping with every finger style.

IKAMETAL ROD WITH GLASS COMPOSITE BLANK

・A light-class ikametal rod featuring a blank made from glass composite material (spiral guide specification).
・While many dedicated rods are designed to detect bites using only the delicate tip when the squid jig is stationary, this rod is designed to detect bites over a long range from the deeply bent tip to the bend.
・The flexibility unique to glass allows the rod tip to retain an “additional flexibility to respond to bites” even after bending completely, enabling the subtle bites to be expressed more prominently.
・Even after the hookup, the rod maintains a smooth curve, preventing the squid's body from tearing while allowing for a lift-up with moderate rebound.
